Saturday night

Chihkan Tower is the symbol of Tainan and its famous historic site.

It was built by the Dutch to serve as their administrative center in 1653, and was originally known as Fort Provintia. The walls of buildings were made from rock-hard bricks of oyster shell lime mixed with sugar water and glutinous rice paste.

We went to there to listen concert tonight, night view in Chinkan Tower were attractive to us!


The concert was free, join them were much fun, many people like to been there and enjoy the music in the weekend night.

    Night view of Chihkan Tower looks great too, and people over there seems comfortable cuz night time is usually cooler !!!

    It's interesting that the wall made by oyster shells ,sugar water and glutinous rice paste!!so it may taste sweet ;p
